Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager | Remote

Olli Health is a Series A funded healthtech startup modernizing home healthcare with advanced AI tools, and we are growing. We're looking for our first Product Manager: a low-ego, high-judgment, startup-native operator who can own two product lines end-to-end.

The Senior Product Manager will own product strategy and execution across our web platform (which hundreds of home health agencies are using daily to run their documentation quality, and medical coding workflows) and Scribe (our clinician-facing mobile app for documentation at the point of care). You'll report to the VP of Engineering or the CTO, and you'll work directly with the founding team, engineers, and our home health agency customers.

This is a foundational role. You'll be building the product practice from scratch, and enjoying significant autonomy in key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own roadmap and prioritization across both product lines, balancing customer-driven work, platform investment, and emerging AI capabilities.

  • Run customer interviews and shadow real clinicians and coders, then translate what you learn into specs, prototypes, and shipped products.

  • Partner with engineering and design on day-to-day execution: tight specs, agile ceremonies, unblocking the team, keeping work moving.

  • Drive design partnerships and pilots with new home health agencies, and turn that feedback into the next iteration.

  • Build the lightweight processes the team needs at this stage, and resist the heavy ones it doesn't.

  • Work with the leadership team on positioning, pricing experiments, and customer success so what we build and what we sell stay tightly aligned.

Requirements:

  • Product experience: 5+ years in product management, including time as the senior or sole PM on a product. Built B2B SaaS or workflow tools for non-technical end-users. Comfortable being the only PM in the room.

  • Regulated-industry product experience: Direct experience building products for clinical, healthcare, payer, or another regulated/specialized B2B domain. We'll move faster with someone who already speaks the language.

  • Startup mentality: You've shipped at an early-stage startup before and you know the difference between "the right thing" and "the right thing right now."

  • In the weeds: You write specs, run customer discovery calls, sketch flows, push on edge cases, and check the work before it ships. You use agentic/modern tools to mock up interactive prototypes, when that's the best way to share an idea/get customer feedback.

  • Design sense: Strong opinions about UX and the patience to argue them out with engineering and design.

  • Saying no: Comfortable saying no, to scope creep, to stakeholder pressure, and to your own favorite ideas.

  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

Desirable Skills (Bonuses):

  • Direct experience with OASIS, home health, hospice, or post-acute care workflows.

  • Prior 0-to-1 PM experience: launching a product, finding product-market fit, or building the PM function at a startup.

  • Comfort in technical conversations: reading code, understanding system trade-offs, debating architecture with engineers.

  • Experience working on products that integrate with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, HCHB, MatrixCare, WellSky, etc.).

  • Experience managing two product lines or a multi-product roadmap simultaneously.

  • An appreciation for the challenges of building with LLMs (healthy skepticism a must).

At Olli we value a growth mindset and problem-solving skills as much as specific tool proficiency and years of experience. If you have a solid foundation in engineering principles and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer:

  • A foundational product role with equity vesting options and meaningful ownership of both product strategy and execution.

  • A chance to be at the forefront of healthtech innovation, building real AI tools that meet compliance standards while solving real problems (we don't build marketing gimmicks).

  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment that prioritizes debate, ethical decision-making, and is allergic to inflated egos.

  • Flexible remote work environment with travel to quarterly team onsite meetings.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

  • Compensation Range: $140k - $180k annual FTE base comp + equity options

  • Benefits: 100% coverage of Health, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance premiums; unlimited PTO; 401K plan; individual budget for your preferred laptop and monitor setup; fully remote; great colleagues working on a challenging problem for meaningful customers (older adults).
