Olli Health Announces $10 Million Series A Funding Led by Industry Ventures to Expand Its AI-Powered Home Health Coding and Quality Review Platform

Funding will accelerate growth of Olli Health’s category-leading managed service and expand its coding-aware AI technology into point of care clinical documentation.

MADISON, WI, November 1, 2025 —  As home health agencies face unprecedented reimbursement cuts and rising labor costs, Olli Health today announced a $10 million Series A round to expand its leading AI-powered coding and quality review managed service into a complete end-to-end solution. The funding will support new clinical documentation capabilities that begin at the start of care visit and connect seamlessly to final coding and quality review to optimize reimbursement and compliance. This Series A round is led by Industry Ventures, with participation from Cannage Capital, Equitage Ventures, Tau Ventures, and Arkitekt Ventures.

Home health agencies are struggling with shrinking margins, complex documentation requirements, and time-consuming quality review processes that lead to missed revenue and cash-flow challenges. Many outsource coding and documentation quality review, but these services remain slow, expensive, and error-prone. Olli Health solves this with an AI-powered managed service that pairs AI automation with clinical expertise to deliver coding and quality reviews 4x faster and at half the cost of traditional vendors.

Olli Health’s platform helps agencies achieve immediate ROI, improves compliance, and frees clinicians to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Customers see tangible results within the first month of switching to Olli Health. “Onboarding took less than 60 minutes. They are responsive, my coding and QR costs are down over 50%, and my case mix is up. What else could I want?" Said Brandon Sayler, President of Interim Healthcare Albuquerque, an Olli Health customer for more than a year.

“We’ve built a managed service that blends cutting-edge AI with expert clinical oversight to solve one of home health’s biggest challenges: accurate and compliant coding and documentation,” said Eric Steege, CEO and Founder of Olli Health.

"With Industry Ventures' exciting support, we're adding clinical documentation to our proven coding and quality review service, creating an integrated platform that connects the point of care through final coding and quality review, ensuring maximum reimbursement accuracy and compliance at every step."

Olli Health's new clinical documentation solution will guide nurses and therapists through OASIS assessments at the point of care with real-time quality checks and coding intelligence ensuring maximum reimbursement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and eliminating after-hours 'pajama time' documentation that leads to clinician burnout.

“Olli Health has shown remarkable traction with its managed coding and quality review service,” said Fanni Fan, Partner at Industry Ventures. “Their blend of deep domain knowledge and advanced AI positions Olli as a leader in the future of home health revenue cycle operations.”

Since its founding in 2024, Olli has grown rapidly, serving 100+ home health agencies, reducing turnaround times by more than 75%, and cutting coding and quality review costs in half. The company’s continuously learning AI platform sets a new benchmark for speed, accuracy, and compliance in home health operations.
